Q. What are the technical
requirements to run the application?
An existing Oracle or SQL Server database, Microsoft IIS and
.NET framework.

Q. How often will the product
be upgraded?
The product will update with patches on an as needed basis.
Every customer who is current with the maintenance fees will receive these
patches. Major releases of new functionality will occur annually.

Q. What happens if a new
version is released soon after I have purchased the application?
If a new version is released within four months of initial
purchase, your company will receive the new version free of charge.

Q. What do I get for the cost
of the software?
The application is yours to keep like any other software
package. If you choose not to pay for the maintenance fees, you may support the
.NET application internally.

Q. How long will rightTRAX
support the current version of Request Manager?
A good rule of thumb would be three or four years. Upgrades
will be required for support after four years.

Q. Do you host the
database/application?
Not with the 2004 version, but starting in 2005 we will host
the application if you prefer.

update requests?

our internal rightTRAX Request Management system.
