Financial Questions:
Q. Do you have payment plans for smaller organizations?
Price is never an obstacle for a company that wants and needs our product. We have financing options available for organizations that qualify.

Q. How often do you bill for the maintenance fees?
We will bill monthly, quarterly or annually for the maintenance fees. The customer decides the timing for the invoices.

Q. Why are your prices so low?
We have very low overhead at our home office in Omaha, Nebraska so we don’t need to charge high prices for our high value product.

Q. Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 30 day free trial, but the maintenance fees will start once the software is loaded. After the 30-day trial, you have the alternative to uninstall the application with a full refund for the maintenance fees paid to date.

Q. What if I find out I need a larger application than I purchased?
If your company outgrows the application you have purchased, the correct application will be sent to you, and your initial software fee will be used as a discount for the larger application. We want to make sure you have the tools you need, and are not penalized for underestimating the maximum number of end-users.
